Neurofeedback Training
Neurofeedback, also known as brain biofeedback, EEG biofeedback, or more simply -- brain training, is based on the scientific finding that we can all learn to change our brain's functioning through feedback about brain wave activity.

Neurofeedback has been shown to have positive effects in a number of areas. Research and experience have shown effectiveness in the following areas, among others:

ADHD
Seizure Disorders
Traumatic Brain Injury
Stress
Migraines
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
Autistic Spectrum
Chronic Pain
PMS

If you change these areas, you also tend to find broader changes in the way you think and feel.

Neurofeedback is also used as:
  1. A tool for personal evolution and spiritual growth, even when people don't have any particular "problems" they want to "fix".
  2. A means of training to achieve one’s “peak potential”, as in improving executives’ performance or improving the performance of athletes, actors, and signers.
